In many companies, it is common practice to organise a large, universal health and safety briefing once a year with the help of a PowerPoint presentation. In contrast to this, MIPA SE has created its own area for exciting, sustainable and above all practical instruction in Essenbach. The instruction topics are passed on in small, manageable units throughout the year. This practical training of safety-compliant behaviour makes it much easier to transfer the newly gained knowledge to the daily work routine.
The competition jury commented the project as follows: ‘A great and effective concept for making instructions exciting and practical! This breaks up the annual instruction routine in a practical way, which leads to a real transfer that promotes sustainable awareness-raising, behavioural change and the development of a comprehensive prevention culture.’
