MIPA SE takes over the business of Süddeutsches Lackwerk Zelle GmbH & Co. KG. Since 1922, Süddeutsches Lackwerk has produced high-temperature paints and functional coatings in particular under the "Wetterwart" brand in Feldkirchen near Munich, in addition to classic industrial coating systems.
The Mipa Group will take over the business of Süddeutsches Lackwerk as from 01.07.2022. In future, the products will be manufactured at the Mipa Group production sites. All employees of Süddeutsches Lackwerk will be offered jobs at nearby locations within the Mipa Group, so that employment relationships can also be continued as a result of the takeover, if desired.
The takeover of Süddeutsches Lackwerk's business means a further addition to MIPA's customer base and product portfolio in the industrial coatings sector.
